Refund and Returns Policy

Exchange/ Refund Policy:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. In order to file a replacement/ refund complaint, it is mandatory for a customer to make a video of the product when they receive it and unpack it. If you receive a defective or damaged product, kindly send us an email along with the unpacking video at and we’ll process your request at the earliest.

Our policy lasts 5 days from the date of delivery. If 5 days have gone by since the date of delivery, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Once the item you wish to return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, kindly contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
